Miley Cyrus Is Angry at Christina Aguilera For Complimenting Her Chaps

According to Radar's "source," Cyrus saw right past Aguilera's ostensible statement of support and instead "couldn’t believe Xtina would Tweet about her wearing chaps on stage, reminding everyone that she did it first. It was such a fake compliment." While, sure, it's entirely possible that Aguilera was throwing shade at Cyrus for stepping to her Dirrty-era fashion sense, it's also within the realm of possibility that in wearing chaps Cyrus was overtly paying homage to one of her forebears and Aguilera recognized it as such. (Remember Cyrus' first-row appearance at Britney Spears' Las Vegas show?) Also, maybe there is a chance that the reason Cyrus doesn't want to perform on The Voice is because that would be beneath her? Unlike the celebrity hosts who pull in eight-figure salaries for their cooperation, there is not a lot for Cyrus to gain from peddling her wares on that chintzy stage. But another reason why this feud story is unlikely is that Radar is almost always full of big ol' lies? Yeah, out of all the e-rags, Radar is especially fictional, maybe even more than Life & Style or Daily Mail, which is saying something. But again, it all comes down to storytelling and Radar really knows its way around a propulsive news item. Well done, guys! Anyway, please pass the chocolate squares, Todd. [Radar]

While we're talking about Miley Cyrus I may as well lodge a classic denial-as-news-item: Miley Cyrus' recent tour-jeopardizing hospitalization for an allergic reaction was NOT secretly hastened by a drug overdose: "I didn't have a drug overdose. I took some sh--ty antibiotics that a doctor gave me for a sinus infection and I had a reaction." She went on to add that despite her party-girl image she's actually in great health, if only because of the physical demands of all that twerking: "It's almost like being an athlete being up here, because if someone was f---ed up, they definitely couldn't do my show." Which is a very good point! I can barely get out of bed without wheezing, just imagine trying to perform an entire arena show day in and day out. Anyway, yeah: Miley Cyrus is feeling better, phew.

Christina Aguilera Disses Taylor Swift's Fashion

Christina Aguilera might be a mom but that doesn't mean she wants to dress like one. The singer and mama-to-be-again reportedly hates Taylor Swift's mother-like fashion and uses it for inspiration on what NOT to wear.

According to RadarOnline.com, X-Tina's glam squad watches what T-Swift wears and tries to come up with outfits for Christina that go totally against Tay's vibe.

"Christina loves getting attention for looking trashy and not put together and uses Taylor as a kind of 'anti-inspiration' for her fashion, makeup and hair now," a source said. "She can't stand Taylor's preppy prissy 'caged bird in a tower' thing and has used her as a guide on what NOT to wear for over 18 months."

Ouch. That sounds a little harsh. We think Taylor dresses cute and ahem, appropriate Christina. Maybe you should take some tips from her?

We honestly think this is a case of the divas...they both ARE from Pennsylvania, blonde, sing like crazy... Maybe there's a bit a jealousy on Christina's part? Either way, whose style do you prefer?

Christina Aguilera Supports Fellow "Dirrty Girl" Miley Cyrus, Attends Los Angeles Concert: Pictures

Too dirrty to clean her act up! Christina Aguilera saw some obvious similarities between new wild child Miley Cyrus and her own "Dirrty" days at Saturday night's Staples Center concert on her Bangerz Tour.

"Cheers from one dirrty girl to the next @MileyCyrus…wear em' loud & proud, girl- yes!!" Aguilera, 33, tweeted with a photo of Cyrus, 21, wearing red chaps with her name written down on leg.

The "Beautiful" singer was the first pop diva to make the fashion statement back in 2002 when her song "Dirrty" came out, wearing similar yellow leather chaps with "Xtina" written down the leg. Both ladies started their careers working for Disney, with Aguilera performing as a Mouseketeer and Cyrus as Hannah Montana.

Aguilera seems to have come a long way since her days of rebellion. In the past week, she announced the news of her engagement to boyfriend Matt Rutler, and Us Weekly exclusively broke the news of her second pregnancy on Feb. 20. ?

The mother of 6-year-old Max wasn't the only concert goer at last night's Los Angeles show. Cyrus infamously locked lips with Katy Perry, and the photo of the moment instantly went viral. American Horror Story star Sarah Paulson was also in the audience, and Cyrus was overjoyed to find out that fellow Disney alum Hilary Duff was also in attendance.

"He asked and I said......," the 33-year-old singer Tweeted on Friday. She also posted a picture of the sparkler he gave her. How gorgeous is it?

TOP PICK: Simon Cowell Disses Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera

There is no doubt about it, Britney Spears wasn't exactly a natural when it came to her X Factor gig.

Even Simon Cowell admits that she was "uncomfortable" on the show. As for why they hired her in the first place, Simon said, "I think if I'm being honest with you, there was a time where everyone was trying to up themselves in terms of who could find the biggest known star to be on the panel."

While he's explaining the whole situation, he manages to stick a dig in there about The Voice and Christina Aguilera, calling her "the other one on The Voice, I can't remember...blondie? Christina!"

Ouch!

Although the dad-to-be wasn't exactly complimentary of Britney, we've heard much worse from him.

Are you excited for the new season of X Factor?

TOP PICK: Who Will Perform on 'The Voice' Finale?

There has been a lot of speculation about who will be performing at next week's Voice finale.

Last season, the star-studded lineup included Rihanna, Kelly Clarkson, Peter Frampton, Bruno Mars, Avril Lavigne and, of course, the finalists themselves who had become stars in their own right.

As we approach the season four finale, we can pretty much guarantee we'll be seeing Michelle Chamuel, Danielle Bradbery and the Swon Brothers take the stage, but who else is slated to appear on the show?

We do know that Christina Aguilera and Pitbull are part of the lineup and will be performing their hit single "Feel This Moment."

Also, Cher will be performing her new single "Woman's World," off of her new album with the same title, which is the pop diva's first in over a decade.

NBC has also confirmed that Bruno Mars will be back, along with Florida Georgia Line and Nelly.

We don't know which act we're most excited to see!

Which performance are you most looking forward to?

TOP PICK: 'The Voice': Shakira and Usher debut strong in ratings

How did NBC’s The Voice perform for Monday night’s big return premiere with Usher and Shakira in the red chairs?

It depends on which comparison you use. Last night’s The Voice spring kickoff had 13.4 million viewers and a 4.7 rating among adults 18-49, easily winning the night.

Normally you would stack those numbers against the show’s Monday premiere on the same night last year. But that episode was a day after NBC aired the Super Bowl and had a giant 6.7 adult demo rating. So it’s down 30 percent from that. Another comparison (and in this case, NBC would argue, the more fair one) is the show’s season 3 premiere last fall, which had a 4.2 rating. So it’s up 12 percent from that round.

Overall, I say this is a good number for the show — especially since the series swapped out half its judging panel, with Xtina and Cee Lo expected to rerun in the fall. How often do you see a judges panel shakeup without a ratings drop from the show’s previous cycle? And given NBC’s recent severe ratings woes, some wondered if The Voice return would suffer. But clearly fans are fully capable of turning on NBC again when the broadcast network has a show they actually want to see.

And since some of you below are debating these Voice numbers vs. Fox’s American Idol this season, here’s some help: Last night’s Voice is down 22 percent from Idol‘s January premiere. But it’s higher than every Idol episode since January.

The return of Revolution, however, is bit less sunny. After a four-month break, the freshman adventure-drama returned to 7.2 million viewers and a 2.7 rating. That’s down 13 percent from the show’s prior average, yet was still easily enough to win 10 p.m.

Meanwhile Fox’s The Following continued its decline to a season low — down 8 percent this week. The Voice put the hurt on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, which dropped 28 percent this week. On CBS, The Voice seemed to pressure the network’s 8 p.m. hour, with How I Met Your Mother dipping 10 percent to a season low.

Justin Bieber: Christina Aguilera Tells Him To Not Let People Push Him Around

Who better to give Justin Bieber advice than Christina Aguilera?

Starting out in the music business at a young age like the Biebs, Christina knows exactly what Justin's going through right now during his "rough patch" and has even offered him some advice.

In a recent interview with Hollyscoop.com, X-Tina told JB to toughen up and to take a break too!

"You learn as you get older to take moments for yourself, step away from the camera, re-inspire yourself as an artist, rejuvenate and refresh," she said.

Like Justin, Christina has always had to deal with media bashing and paparazzi too. She was ALWAYS compared to Britney Spears and her weight and body image has had the spotlight on it like crazy! (See Chrstina's recent weight loss HERE!)

Bieber made headlines a few weeks ago when he showed up late to his London concert and threatened to beat up a British photographer outside his hotel, making many wonder if he's going through a tough time or if he's just plain crazy!

"I would tell Bieber, don't let anything morph you or push you around or have you be something you're not...I've always been really honest and true to my own roots and been really grounded, not letting myself stray too much," Christina continued.

PERFECT advice! Do you think Bieber will take it? It seems like he's already starting to toughen up!

Christina Aguilera gives life advice to Justin Bieber: "Don't let people change you"

It’s hard to keep track of Justin Bieber’s wild lifestyle – which is mostly the reason why we wrote this timeline of his most controversial moments.

But while our Sherlock style research into his downfall probably won’t help his confidence there’s on celebrity who’s giving him a bit of advice.

Christina Aguilera – who has experienced the pressures of being young, rich and famous – told Hollyscoop: “You live life and it’s hard to grow up in front of a camera.

"You learn as you get older to take moments for yourself, step away from the camera, re-inspire yourself as an artist, rejuvenate and refresh.”

The former Mickey Mouse Club star advised Biebs to stand up for himself and don’t let people force him into decisions he doesn’t agree with.

She said: “I would tell Bieber, don’t let anything morph you or push you around or have you be something you’re not.

"I’ve always been really honest and true to my own roots and been really grounded, not letting myself stray too much.”

Christina Aguilera Hints at Justin Bieber Collaboration at American Music Awards

Christina Aguilera is hoping to hit a new high note with the help of Justin Bieber.

The voluptuous singer walked the red carpet before her American Music Awards performance on Sunday and talked to reporters about her upcoming projects.

Fresh off the release of her latest album “Lotus,” X-Tina is already looking ahead into her musical future.

When asked about what performance she was most excited about at the 40th Anniversary AMA’s, Aguilera proudly admitted to being one of Justin Bieber’s many “belibers.”

“I’m really into this song right now called, ‘As Long as You Love Me,’”’ Aguilera said of the pop star’s smash hit single.

When asked by Extra if a possible Bieber, Aguilera collaboration was in the works, the “Voice” judge said, “Who knows, the possibilities are endless, so we’ll see.”

Later on in the night Aguilera took the stage herself for a steamy performance of a medley of songs off her latest album.

Joined by a team of backup dancers with bags over their heads with terms like “Freak” and “Loser” written on them, Aguilera rocked a revealing black bodysuit embellished with sequins.

Fighting recent criticism of her ample curves, Aguilera silenced many of her critics when she let her pipes take center stage.

Just last month Aguilera told Billboard magazine that she simply “got tired of being a skinny, white girl” and told higher ups in the industry to stop pressuring her about it.

After reflecting in the studio as she put together her new album, the singer says she worked up the courage to tell her management to back off.

"I told them...'You are working with a fat girl,” said Aguilera. “Know it now and get over it.”

"My body can't put anyone in jeopardy of not making money anymore—my body is just not on the table that way anymore," she added. “They need a reminder sometimes that I don't belong to them. It's my body.”

TOP PICK: Christina Aguilera to Chelsea Handler: "I Don't Like to Wear Underwear"

Christina Aguilera is letting it all hang out.

The Voice star admitted to Chelsea Handler during an interview airing tonight on Chelsea Lately that she's a fan of going commando.

"I don't like to wear underwear," Xtina said. "I like to be as free as possible at all times. It's just who I am."

So why the talk about undergarments? Because the singer only agreed to do the show if Handler stripped down to a barely there ensemble as payback for the funnylady busting on her risqué fashion choices.

"You look hot," Aguilera gushed to Handler. "I think it's a good look for you."

Aguilera went on to explain, "It's empowering. It's p--sy power!"

You go, girl!

Watch the complete Aguilera interview on Chelsea Lately tonight on E! at 11 p.m.

TOP PICK: Christina Aguilera on Leaving The Voice: "I'm Going to Miss" Adam Levine

Adam Levine is Christina Aguilera's Scarecrow: She's going to miss him most of all.
Opening up about her recently announced departure from The Voice -- along with Cee-Lo Green, she'll temporarily step down as mentor following season 3, with a potential return in later seasons -- the singer tells E! News "it's bittersweet."

Aguilera, 31, and Green, 38, will be replaced by Shakira and Usher. But "Your Body" crooner Aguilera says it will be hard to recreate the camaraderie she had with Green, Blake Shelton, and even Levine, with whom she famously butted heads, particularly in season 2.

"I so enjoy being a coach to my team on The Voice [and] and at this point in season three, all of us coaches have truly bonded," Aguilera says.

"When me and Adam are on breaks backstage, you know, we're writing profanity with my red lipstick all over Blake's trailer while he's napping inside," she said. "It's like we have definitely become like brother and sister. We goof around and play around. I'm going to miss it."

But she hinted that it's only goodbye for now -- not forever.

"In order to be the best coach I can be on that show is to go out and be able to have the experience as an artist…create new experiences for myself so that I can then come back to the show and share that much more," says the Grammy winner, whose new album, Lotus, drops in November.

"We're artists first," she explains. "In order to remain great coaches and to stay relevant, we have to go out and we have to still tour, see our fans one-on-one. I have to feel creatively fulfilled in order for me to then do my job as a coach and be on that show."
