Ariana Grande has a new movie coming out, and fans are wondering if she’ll still do press.

If you didn’t know, Ariana stars in the upcoming Focker-in-Law, the latest movie in the Meet the Fockers series, alongside Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro. The movie is scheduled to be released in November.

What Did Ariana Grande Say About Her Upcoming Break?

Back in August, Ariana‘s rep confirmed she’ll be stepping back from public life following the conclusion of her Eternal Sunshine Tour. She also pulled out of the upcoming West End revival of Sunday in the Park With George, set to take place in 2027. Ariana then spoke out herself about the news.

Now, there’s a new report confirming whether she’ll still be promoting the film.

Is Ariana Grande Still Going to Do Press for Focker-in-Law?

Ariana is still planning to do press supporting Focker-in-Law, Billboard reported Wednesday (September 2).

Her break from the public eye “will not prevent her from taking part in Focker-in-Law press, as she is proud of the film. She will also continue to work on her brands such as R.E.M. Beauty,” the outlet added.

The promo for the film is expected to take place this fall ahead of the November 25 release date.

In the movie, Ariana plays a character named Olivia Jones.

Here’s a synopsis: “A young man named Henry, son of Greg and Pam Focker, faces family chaos when he decides to marry a strong-willed woman who appears to be his complete mismatch.”

She also recently raised eyebrows with a lyric change during her concert this week, suggesting she might be thinking about marriage.

Ariana Grande is seemingly hinting that she wants to spend the rest of her life with Ricky Alvarez.

The singer, 33, rekindled her relationship with Ricky back in June, a decade after they previously dated.

Ariana‘s former backup dancer has been on the road with her for the last few months, keeping her company while she performs on the Eternal Sunshine Tour. During the final show on Tuesday (September 1), Ari made one last lyric change about him and it sounds like she wants to spend forever with him.

The history of Ariana Grande’s lyric changes about Ricky Alvarez

Ariana has been changing the lyrics for “Thank U, Next” on the Eternal Sunshine Tour.

Ariana begins the song by referencing all of her exes. She normally sings, “Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now I listen and laugh.”

For the June 24 show in Austin back, Ariana changed the lyrics to, “Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now they kinda slap.” One day later, they were seen hanging out together in the Texas city.

At the next show on June 26, Ariana changed the lyrics to, “Wrote some songs about Ricky, I know he still got my back.” He was in the audience and standing next to her parents in the VIP section for this show.

Fast forward to the July 13 show in New York City, Ariana changed the lyrics yet again. “Wrote some songs about Ricky, we always find our way back,” she sang at this show.

The lyrics changed one final time on September 1.

Ariana changed the lyrics yet again during the final show of the tour, which happened on September 1 in London.

For those who don’t know, Ariana was previously married to real estate agent Dalton Gomez from May 2021 to February 2023. Their divorce was finalized in March 2024.

Ariana dated her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater from summer 2023 to June 2026.

Jonathan Bailey Drops Out of ‘Sunday in the Park with George’ After Ariana Grande’s Departure

Jonathan Bailey has officially exited the West End production of Sunday in the Park with George.

The 38-year-old Bridgerton star was supposed to co-star in the production opposite Ariana Grande. The 2027 production was set for the Barbican Centre in London, but will now undergo some major casting changes. By the way, Ariana was signed on to play the roles of Dot and Marie while Jonathan was playing the title role, George Seurat, all directed by Marianne Elliott.

Ariana dropped out in early August, and now, Jonathan confirmed he will no longer star.

On Instagram Story, he shared, “Ari is one of my dearest friends, and my support for her is unwavering. Marianne is extraordinary and one of my longest collaborators and friends. After much consideration, I have decided to step back from Sunday in the Park with George. This brilliant, introspective musical has been a real passion project for me, and I feel incredibly lucky to have shared in its journey with this team. Among many things, the story explores the deep connection between George and Dot, a beautiful, devoted pairing, and I so look forward to seeing what the two actors who will now take on these roles will create with it.”

He added, “I wish the very best to the entire company. I will be cheering them on as they continue with this production. Jonny x.”

The Sunday in the Park with George Instagram also released a statement

The account confirmed they will continue the production without Ariana and Jonathan.

“Following Ariana Grande’s withdrawal, Jonathan Bailey has informed the producers that he has also decided to withdraw from Sunday in the Park with George. Work on the production continues. Casting discussions are actively under way, and the creative team is reshaping the production around a new company while preserving the ambition and artistic integrity of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s musical. Further casting and production details will be announced in due course,” they wrote.

If you don’t know, Mandy Patinkin and Bernadette Peters originated the roles in the first production on Broadway back in 1984. The most recent production on Broadway happened in 2017 with Jake Gyllenhaal and Annaleigh Ashford in the leads. You can listen to Jake actually singing one of the big songs from the show, “Finishing the Hat.”

Ariana Grande has suffered a minor injury that will have a small impact on the final two shows of the Eternal Sunshine Tour.

The 33-year-old entertainer took to her Instagram Stories on Monday afternoon (August 31) to explain what she’s currently dealing with and how she’s making changes to the upcoming London concerts.

Ariana is wrapping the tour at London’s O2 Arena with shows on Monday and Tuesday this week.

Ariana Grande explains her injury and changes to the show

Ariana wrote a note to fans revealing that she suffered a “deep cut” on her foot and she cannot wear heels for the final two shows of the tour.

“My sweet petals, I wanted to let you know I will need to be in cozy footwear for this evenings show (and possibly tomorrow’s) as I am bandaged up underneath, recovering from a minor injury. It is not a sprain or anything muscular but just a deep cut!” Ariana began.

She continued, “So when you see me tonight without my signature heels, or even possibly having a little trouble putting weight on that foot, that is why! But please do not fret. On with the show and I am on the mend! I cannot wait to perform for you tonight and tomorrow (even if I am a few inches shorter than usual). I love you always. Two more…”

Ariana recently had a very special guest performing with her at a London show.

‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Natalie Maguire Signs Record Deal Ahead of Debut EP

Natalie Maguire is taking her budding music career to the next level!

It was just announced that the 27-year-old Vanderpump Rules star has signed a record deal with Vitalize Records for her forthcoming debut EP.

Natalie joins the indie label, founded by Steff Agathis, as she works on her debut project, which will consist of four songs.

The project is being A&R’d by Tay James, who is best known as Justin Bieber‘s official DJ, co-written and produced by HARV, who has worked with Bieber, Skrillex, Summer Walker, Normani, Eminem, Post Malone, and more.

“This EP is such a special moment for me because it feels like the first real introduction to who I am as an artist and the kind of music I want to make. Working with Tay and HARV throughout the project was incredible—they understood the vision from the beginning and pushed me creatively in ways that made these songs feel even more personal and honest. I wanted this project to feel intentional from start to finish, and choosing Vitalize Records was a huge part of that. Having my manager, Steff Agathis, lead Vitalize and be so hands-on throughout the entire process made the decision feel incredibly natural. She knows me as an artist and as a person, and having someone who genuinely believes in the project and is willing to build it from the ground up means everything to me. Additional details on the EP and the four new singles will be announced at a later date.

In Vanderpump Rules season 12, viewers saw Natalie working on music in the studio, and while the season was airing, she released her debut single, “Passenger,” which was featured in the show.

Natalie is one of the new cast members on Vanderpump Rules after the series underwent an entire cast overhaul.

With the new cast, the Bravo show received an early season 13 renewal, but filming on the next installment has reportedly been put on hold as Lisa Vanderpump works on other shows.

Reports surfaced earlier this summer that Lisa is putting her focus on the new series, Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas, which focuses on her upcoming new hotel. Some of the Vanderpump Rules cast are said to be involved.

It was also announced that Lisa is starting to film the fourth season of Vanderpump Villa. Then, it is expected that Vanderpump Rules will head into production after that.

The 29-year-old model and Rhode boss met up with her parents Stephen and Kennya Baldwin for dinner on Thursday night (August 20) in Los Angeles.

For her outing, Hailey wore an unzipped black hoodie over a white T-shirt paired with black pants.

Also in attendance at the dinner was Hailey‘s older sister Alaia Baldwin, 33, who wore a brown suede jacket, black shirt, and jeans.

If you didn’t know, before the birth of her first child Jack in August 2024, Hailey revealed that she’s not as close to her family as she once was.

“I’m not super close with my family at this point in my life because I feel like I’m very independent,” Hailey said. “I’m my own individual now, and I’ve built my own family. But when I look back on my childhood and how I grew up, I have very fond, beautiful memories.”

Earlier this week, Alaia took to Instagram to share photos from her and husband Andrew Aronow‘s daughter Iris‘ 6th birthday party, and she included a photo with Hailey and Justin Bieber. Photos of Stephen and Kennya were also included in the post.
