The 24-year-old musician was truly all over the Big Apple earlier in the day, promoting his upcoming album, X, out on June 23rd.

“Weather is crazy, but this gig is gonna happen,” Ed tweeted out because of the rainy, dreary drizzle.

Ed started off his day at VH1′s Morning Buzz, before heading to SiriusXM Studios for the Sidewalk Session Concert. He also stopped by the Empire State Building to surprise a few, very lucky winners on the 86th Floor Observatory.

There, he performed both “Sing” and his latest track, “Don’t” for the fans before heading off to Ellis Island.
