Everyone was super surprised when Miley Cyrus showed up to Liam Hemsworth's Paranoia Los Angeles movie premiere with him on August 8.

Not trying to steal the attention away from his big night, Miley reportedly stood off to the side while Liam worked the red carpet. She looked totally gorgeous and happy with her man. She was wearing a red and black leather dress with white high heels. Her hair was sleeked back and her make-up was simple.

Miley didn't talk to the press but she did pose for a few pics with Liam.

Liam Hemsworth steps out for the premiere of his new film Paranoia held at the DGA Theater on Thursday night (August 8) in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Aussie actor looked dapper in a BOSS suit, and was accompanied by his longtime fiance Miley Cyrus.

This is the first time the couple has walked the red carpet together in over a year.

A few days earlier, Liam was spotted arriving at LAX Airport after returning from New York City where he was promoting the film.
