Here's the story: Francesca needed a distraction from the painful process of getting a splinter removed. Major Ouch. So, like a lot of us who are obsessed with Frozen, singing along to the soundtrack sometimes gets us through life. But nothing like this--it's painful, but she's committed to singing every single word, wailing in agony all the way.

Bonus? It got Frozen star Kristen Bell's attention, so that's not too shabby. She tweeted: "Francesa- I'll build a snowman with you!!! You did a great job :)"



Proof positive: Life is tough sometimes. Frozen makes it better.

If you've lost track of how many times you've heard Frozen's uber popular "Let It Go"...well, we've got another listen for you. Of course, this song has been the perfect tune to parody and we've eaten up the seemingly endless covers that have been posted to YouTube.

Jessica Sanchez Sings 'Let It Go' at Pinoy Relief Concert - Watch!

Jessica Sanchez walks the red carpet at the 2014 Pinoy Relief Benefit Concert held at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night (March 11) in New York City.

The 18-year-old singer and American Idol alum joined recent Oscar winner Robert Lopez on stage to perform “Let It Go” from the award winning Frozen.

“Such an honor to appear at #PinoyRelief with @Lyrikris10 and accompany the incredibly talented @JessicaESanchez,” Robert wrote on Twitter ahead of the show.

All the proceeds from the concert will be forwarded to victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) survivors, which devastated provinces in the Visayas in November 2013.

TOP PICK: 'Let It Go' Goat Dubbed Version: Hilarious 'Let It Goat' Idina Menzel Oscars Parody Video

It was only a matter of time before "Let It Go," the Frozen anthem that's launched a thousand covers and parodies...would get the goat treatment. It's been awhile since we've seen those screaming goats, but this one's short and sweet and gets the job done.

After John Travolta now famously flubbed Idina Menzel's name during her Oscars introduction (seriously, Adele Dazeem has become the stuff of legend now), the Frozen star took to the stage to perform a rushed and abbreviated version of the popular tune.



Idina's nerves and the speedy tempo weren't on her side, resulting in a shaky high note at the end...which was ripe for a goat dub, really. Hey, we love Idina, but given the circumstances, we understand why that note wasn't her finest moment. In fact, check Idina singing "Let It Go" with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots to really hear her shine and see her have a great time. No Oscars pressure, no name flub on the intro--just pure joy.

Oops. John Travolta totally butchered Idina Menzel's name when he introduced her "Let It Go" performance at the 2014 Oscars. Like, not just a little bit either...

We don't understand John's epic fail, but we all heard his bungle and it can never be erased from our earholes--we think he said Adele Dasim?



Um...not even close, John. Did he think we wouldn't notice? Because we so did.

Was Idina thrown off by that messed up intro? The pace of "Let It Go" seemed a bit rushed at times during the abbreviated hit song...maybe she was just feeling the crunch to wrap up the Oscars?

Overall, Idina (hear that John? IDINA) did a bang-up job, and we can guarantee at least a few Frozen fans were singing along.

Demi Lovato lights up Anaheim with her Neon Lights Tour

Demi Lovato is taking her latest album on the road. The Neon Lights Tour will support her fourth studio album, will hit 28 venues in North America and will then travel to South America for an additional 11 dates.

I got to enjoy Neon Lights at the second California stop in Anaheim at the Honda Center. As only her third stop on the tour, she brought out the big guns as she took on arena shows for the first time as a headliner.

The show began with opening act, Fifth Harmony. The five-girl group was created on the second season of the short-lived US version of The X Factor. The group didn’t win their season, but they arguably became the biggest act of the season. The girls put on quite a show, performing songs off their debut EP, Better Together. For being an opening act, they put on quite a show. They showed fierce attitude, individual personalities and of course powerhouse vocals.

In a group of five teenage girls, you’d think that their personalities would clash on stage. However, they all have a strong presence and they performed together with ease. The highlight of their set was when they sang a cover of Destiny’s Child’s “Independent Women.” Though most of the arena was full of adolescents who were barely born when that song came out, everyone was on their feet dancing along with the group.

UK girl group, Little Mix, also served as an opening act for the show. The four-girl army performed songs off their latest album, Salute. Little Mix was also a product of The X Factor. Creator Simon Cowell brought the girls over to the states after they won their season of the show and took over the UK. One Direction member, Zayn Malik, even took a seat in the crowd to watch the show. He is currently dating Perrie Edwards from Little Mix. His attendance caused ear-shattering screams and over-the-top behavior from teenage girls, causing him to run backstage.

Demi Lovato took the stage around 9 p.m. to a standing ovation. She opened the show with “Heart Attack,” her first single off her fourth album, Demi. She went straight into “Remember December” right after, leaving little room for a breather. Most of the show went like this. With song after song, Lovato performed a wide variety from every one of her albums, something many artists do not do.



About almost halfway through the show, Demi brought out surprise guest, Nick Jonas, to help her out with a few songs. Jonas is currently serving as Demi’s musical and creative director for the tour. Jonas was met with high-pitched screams as he and Demi sang three of her songs together.

For her performance of “Don’t Forget,” she created a montage of highlights from early in her career. Clips from Camp Rock, Sonny With A Chance and music videos from her first album lit up the screens around the arena as Demi playfully imitated her exaggerated hair flips she was known for.

Demi also added a soon-to-be Disney classic song to her set list from an Oscar-nominated movie. She performs her rendition of “Let it Go” from Frozen on her tour, which will pull at everyone’s heartstrings. The video I shot of the performance is down below.

Her final song of the set list was “Neon Lights.” As her latest single, fans get to see a different side of her music that incorporates a catchy dance beat along with deep base lines throughout the song. She also invited fans to download an app to coincide with the performance of the song that would synchronize as soon as the song began playing. Soon, the arena was full of neon lights radiating from their phone screens courtesy of the Neon Lights App.

Lovato soon returned for an encore performance where she sang her two biggest hits: “Give Your Heart a Break” and “Skyscraper.” Overall, she put on quite a show. The stage had a design, leaving most of the audience’s attention to be focused on Lovato. Make sure to catch Demi on her Neon Lights Tour when it visits a venue near you.

Demi Lovato Celebrates 'Amazing' Oscar Nomination For 'Frozen' Song

Demi Lovato has thanked her fans after learning that she's scored a No.1 hit and indirectly bagged an Oscar nomination, all on the same day.

The former X Factor USA judge had enjoyed mild chart success with a pop version of the song 'Let It Go', which features in Disney's latest Box Office smash 'Frozen'. The track - which is performed in the actual movie by Idina Menzel - is one of five to be put forward for the Best Original Song category at March's Academy Awards.

On top of that, Demi's latest single 'Neon Lights' has topped the Billboard Club Play charts.

She tweeted: "WOW.. AMAZING DAY!! Hearing the news about Oscar nod for a song I got 2 be apart of AND Neon Lights went #1 on Billboard club charts!! #2014"

Sharing a message from a fan, the 21-year-old added: "ONLY because of my Lovatics!!!! It's because of YOU!!! I love you all!!! RT @clair181: @ddlovato SO proud of you already slaying #2014 !!"

It seems January generally is proving massive for the star, who just last week secured two People's Choice Awards.

"Mid January 2014 so far... 2 People's choice and #1 on Billboard club charts," she declared. "ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!!! I LOVE YALL!!!!! #LOVATICSTAKEOVER2014".

The former Sonny With A Chance actress has decided against returning to The X Factor USA if it is renewed for a fourth season, opting instead to focus on touring and releasing her fifth studio album.

Demi Lovato: "Neon Lights" Video Teaser, "Let It Go" on The View

Watch Demi Lovato's new "Neon Lights" music video teaser, as she tweeted the snippet to fans, writing, "Here's another preview since I'm so excited!! #NeonLights1121."



Demi explained the "Neon Lights" video as a mature effort, telling E! News recently, "I found a way to make my grown up video...definitely more sexy and um, more mature but I also stayed covered up which was good, and I danced, and I had blue hair."

Interesting that she can go the sexy, mature route without resorting to nudity or shock value. Just sayin'.

Demi, who has been a guest host on The View this week, graced the stage at Disneyland to sing her new song, "Let It Go," from the Frozen soundtrack.
