Danielle Bradbery Shares Advice She Got From Taylor Swift

Danielle Bradbery, Season 4 winner of ‘The Voice,’ is one of country’s newest sweethearts, so it’s only fitting that she’d receive advice from superstar Taylor Swift, one of music’s sweetest.

“I got to be face to face with Taylor,” Bradbery says. “She knew I was on a radio tour at the time, and still am, but she goes, ‘I knew how that was and I started young like you, and the more it goes on, the more you’re gonna see. You’re gonna have so much fun with everything.’”

Swift certainly knows what she’s talking about. She’s no stranger to radio tours, and has been heavily involved in the music industry since she was a teenager in high school, singing ‘Tim McGraw’ from her eponymous debut album.

Bradbery continues, “She was just [saying] ‘Don’t give up, it’s gonna get more and more fun.’”

“It was really awesome getting to hear that from her,” adds the 17-year-old rising star.

In addition to wise words from 24-year-old Swift, some other country stars are around to give the ‘Heart of Dixie’ singer some pointersm as well — including Miranda Lambert and Bradbery’s ‘The Voice’ coach, Blake Shelton.

“Miranda and Blake are always [saying], ‘If you ever need anything, just let us know,’” she reveals. “They’re part of why I’m staying grounded. And they’re like, ‘Girl you better not go on the wrong path’, and I’m like, ‘OK.’”

With help from Swift, Lambert and Shelton, there’s no doubt Bradbery will fly higher and higher in her musical career.

TOP PICK: 'The Voice' Winner Danielle Bradbery Releases First Single "The Heart of Dixie"

The Voice season four winner Danielle Bradbery already has her first single out!

The song, entitled "The Heart of Dixie" features the signature smooth vocals of the 16-year-old phenom and has a classic country melody.

"She had a dead end job at the national bay...and a deadbeat husband who always strayed," she sings.

The story line of the song seems a little deep for such a young girl to be singing, but Danielle's voice goes so far beyond her years, it somehow works.

Danielle's coach on the show was Blake Shelton, who gushed that she just might be "the most important artist to ever walk across The Voice stage."

The pair did a duet together on the show, which Danielle confessed was a little "awkward" because they were singing a love song and Danielle looks to Blake as more of a father figure.

As soon as the single was released, Blake showed his support for his protege on his Twitter page, writing, "I just downloaded @DBradbery 'Heart Of Dixie' on iTunes... It's so freaking good I can't even... it's just... I need a drink!!!"

Is Danielle Bradbery the Next Taylor Swift?

Danielle Bradbery is the young country singing sensation who captured the hearts of viewers on The Voice. She went on to win the competition on Tuesday, becoming the youngest singer ever to ever do so.

Seeing Danielle with such extraordinary talent at such a young age, it's hard not to think of Taylor Swift, who also took the music industry by storm at 16 years old when she released her self-titled debut album.

Not to mention, Danielle bears a striking resemblance to Taylor with her long blonde hair, thin frame and unassuming smile.

Also, during a recent TODAY Show appearance, Danielle said she is interested in becoming a pop country artist.

So, will Danielle be the next Taylor Swift?

While only time will tell, Danielle does seem to have the singing chops to pull it off...and she has the same mass appeal that Taylor does, which was confirmed by the fact that America chose her to be the winner of The Voice.

Plus, with the news that Danielle was just signed to Taylor's record label, Big Machine Records, it seems her chances of following in the young starlet's footsteps are now even better.

Still, there are a few differences that could play a pivotal role in whether or not Danielle does go on to achieve Taylor's level of success.

First of all, Taylor had a history of singing and performing before she released her first album, whereas Danielle had only performed twice in public before trying out for The Voice.

Second, unlike Danielle, who is strictly a singer (for now!), Taylor plays guitar AND writes most of her own music.

The third thing that Danielle has working against her is that The Voice is yet to produce a breakout star the way that American Idol has with Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood...but, there's always a first for everything!

Do you think Danielle will become the next Taylor Swift?

And not just any record deal: She's been signed by Taylor Swift's label.

Just one day after Bradbery picked up the big prize, making her coach, birthday boy Blake Shelton, proud, Nashville's Big Machine Records scooped up the talented 16-year-old singer.

She is slated to begin recording next week, Just Jared reports.

Keep up with Taylor Swift in the pages of PEOPLE Magazine by subscribing now.

Along with Swift, Bradbery's new label mates include country superstars Rascal Flatts and Tim McGraw.

Bradbery, the season's youngest contestant, attended high school in Cypress, Texas, before impressing The Voice's coaches with her perfect pitch and vocal maturity as she tackled songs by veteran singers.

Usher called her talent "God-sent."

RELATED: Blake Shelton Says Danielle Bradbery Is The Voice's Most Important Winner

Shelton said Tuesday of Bradbery, "I think it's the most important win we have had so far on The Voice because Danielle is the first winner on The Voice that had no professional experience in the past."

"People are just wrapped around her finger for a reason," Shelton said. "God sprinkled just a little bit more on Danielle Bradbery than he did the rest of us and I'm just glad to call her a friend."
