Harry Styles Has No Regrets About Being Part of One Direction

Harry Styles is setting the record straight on any rumors that say he was unhappy during his time with One Direction.

Instead, the 26-year-old musician is singing the group’s praises in his new Vogue cover story.

“I think the typical thing is to come out of a band like that and almost feel like you have to apologize for being in it. But I loved my time in it,” Harry shared. “It was all new to me, and I was trying to learn as much as I could.”

He added, “I wanted to soak it in…I think that’s probably why I like traveling now — soaking stuff up.”

Harry was part of the group from its inception alongside Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Zayn Malik. Zayn left the group just a year before they went on hiatus in 2016.

All five now have solo careers.

Niall Horan Reacts to Zayn Malik's Baby News!

Niall Horan revealed his reaction to Zayn Malik becoming a dad after he and his partner Gigi Hadid welcomed their daughter last month.

“It is mad to think. I remember when we were all babies, and now there’s three dads,” Niall said during a recent interview with Capital FM. “I sent a message recently to congratulate him. It’s an amazing thing.”

Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are also fathers, while Harry Styles and Niall do not have any kids.

“Harry Tomlinson” has been trending on Twitter after One Direction fans launched a debate over who would change their last name in a marriage of Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.

1D fans were going back and forth on social media about whether Harry would become Harry Tomlinson or if Louis would become Louis Styles.

The overwhelming majority seems to think that Harry would be the one to change his name!

Fans have been dreaming up a relationship between Harry and Louis for years and the fan-fiction even became a plot point in the HBO series Euphoria.

Last year, Louis commented on all the “Larry Stylinson” rumors and he slammed HBO for that scene in Euphoria.

Brody Jenner and Briana Jungwirth, who you may know as the mother of Louis Tomlinson‘s son, have officially split up and she is now engaged to another man!

Brody and Briana were first linked back in June, and TMZ reports things were “fairly serious between them” but it was moving too fast. The split happened around a month ago.

Since then, Briana reconnected with Nick Gordon, her on-again/off-again boyfriend.

Briana posted a photo of them together this week and wrote, “10 years of knowing you and I knew all along you were my soulmate. I love you!”

One Direction have plenty of fun things planned for their loyal Directioners.

The “What Makes You Beautiful” boy band is marking the 10th anniversary of their formation with a special release schedule, kicking off on Thursday (July 23).

Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson are getting very nostalgic.

Four of the five original members of One Direction celebrated the band’s 10th anniversary on Thursday (July 23) with some heartfelt messages on social media.

Zayn Malik, who left the band in 2015, has not yet said anything about the milestone.

“I’ve been struggling to put into words how grateful I am for everything that’s happened over the last ten years. I’ve seen things and places that I’d only ever dreamt of when I was growing up,” Harry wrote in a series of posts.

“It’s such a major part of our lives and always will be. Cheers to US today boys and thank you to all you beautiful people who have supported us over the last 10 years,” Niall said.

The band also returned to Instagram for the first time in years.

Louis Tomlinson Parts Ways with Simon Cowell's Record Label Syco

Louis Tomlinson has announced that he is leaving his record label Syco.

The 28-year-old singer took to Twitter on Saturday (July 11) to reveal that he is parting ways with the label run by Simon Cowell.

“Hope everyone is doing ok! Just wanted to let you know that Syco Music and I have agreed to part ways,” Louis tweeted. “I’m really excited for the future and to be back in the studio writing the next album. Can’t wait to finally see you all on tour!! Stay safe and see you soon, Louis x”

Louis and One Direction first signed with Syco 10 years after their time on The X Factor.

When One Direction went on hiatus back in 2015, Louis was the only member to stick with Syco while the other guys signed with different labels.

Louis released his debut album Walls through Syco earlier this year.

Liam Payne and Niall Horan had a virtual reunion on Instagram Live today (April 20).

The two One Direction musicians caught up with each other during their chat, and opened up about what exactly they’d been doing while in quarantine, making fun at their fail to have Louis Tomlinson join.

“Our 3-way FaceTime went really well,” Liam joked.

A shirtless Niall with his guitar added, “I mean, it’s so funny. We can never get anyone together even though we’re all doing nothing.”

One Direction's Anniversary Reunion Will Happen Without Zayn Malik (Report)

Zayn Malik apparently won’t be included in the One Direction 10th Anniversary plans.

According to The Sun, Liam Payne revealed that he, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan will take part in the special plans, but shared that Zayn would be absent from them.

“Most of us are in London. We’ve been trying to arrange the first group FaceTime at the moment,” Liam shared while chatting with DJ Alesso in an Instagram Live.

He then added that Alesso could “come and fill in for Zayn, join the band.”

While nothing else was mentioned on Zayn‘s participation, Liam did admit that Louis did call him out for spilling reunion plans.

“I can’t say too much it was actually Louis told me off for revealing a bit about our plans the other day. So I had a group telling off on the group chat,” he added.

Liam, Louis, Harry and Niall did all just re-follow Zayn, who left the band in 2014, on social media.

Louis Tomlinson Gets Into Twitter Back & Forth Over BBC Interview After Vowing to Never Return

Louis Tomlinson was asked about the tragic deaths of his mom Johannah Deakin in December 2016 and sister Félicité in March 2019 on BBC Breakfast this morning and he vowed never to return to the morning show after this line of questioning.

After the show, Louis got into a Twitter back-and-forth with one of the show’s hosts and he further explained his position.

“I was upset that you continued to ask me about my grief. It goes without saying how hard it is to lose both people so close to me. The least I ask is that you respect my decision of not wanting to be asked in interviews about something so painful,” Louis said when he was asked why he was upset.

Louis continued, “I’m lucky enough to have a creative outlet for me to talk about grief this doesn’t however give you the right to talk about it for gossip purposes.”

Host Dan Walker then responded, “Hi Louis. We were asking you about the song on your new album about your mum. We know it’s painful which is why we didn’t dwell on it. No intention to upset you or be ‘gossipy’ about it at all. That’s not our style on #BBCBreakfast.”
