So. Wow. Daily Mail has shared an exclusive video of Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson smoking pot. The leaked video raises a bunch of questions, but two come to our minds immediately: why film this and who leaked it?
While there's been plenty of speculation in the past that some of the One Direction guys smoke weed, here's definitive proof, as Zouis are seen lighting up and passing a joint while in Peru on tour.
They even share a laugh over their "contraband" and talk about "Mary J." In the video, Louis says: "So here we are, leaving Peru. Joint lit. Happy day."
When he asks Zayn, "What do you think about that kind of content?," Zayn answers, "Very controversial."
When a police officer is outside of the car, Louis says: "He's having a look. He's thinking, 'I'm sure I can smell an illegal substance in there.' And he's hit the nail on the head."
Fan reaction has been mixed, but there are a lot of disappointed Directioners, for sure.
The biggest question mark is how will this impact One Direction's image? Have they tarnished their fairly squeaky clean reputation?
