A One Direction musical heading to Broadway? No? Well, what's all this buzz about a 1D musical then? Think much smaller scale. Now think a little bit smaller than that.
Turns out, a school is putting on an original production that features One Direction songs, and it all sounds pretty cute, considering the week-long workshop and performance is for ages four to 18. Yeah, four-year-old mini 1D guys is a heart-melting image.
Lucky kids can attend the workshop run by the Star Project theater school in Barnt Green, England. The school's principal wrote the script, which will include anecdotes about the guys and, of course, their hit songs.
Olivia Brown, 9, told The Bromsgrove Advertiser: "One Direction are awesome. I've got all their music. I can't wait to perform in a show all about the band. I'm so excited."
The show workshop runs the week of April 21, so we're hoping some of it lands on YouTube--hey, maybe it'll grab Harry, Liam, Louis, Zayn or Niall's attention?
