Justin Bieber is sounding more and more like a changed man.
The singer hasn't run afoul of the law in months; he calmly responded to an irritating cameraman last week; and now he's taken to Twitter and tacitly acknowledges his recent run of idiotic behavior.
"This is my time off but my mind is always running," Justin Tweeted today. Learned a lot this past year thru trial & error but that is life. Excited for what’s next."
It's life for those who are rich and famous and entitled in 2014, that much is true.
Over the opening months of the year, Bieber got arrested for drunk driving; had over 200,000 people sign a petition to deport him to Canada; came across like an arrogant a-hole in a deposition; and generally acted like a spoiled buffoon most of the time.
But he's mostly back together now with Selena Gomez and the consensus for a long time has been that she's a positive influence in his life.
Bieber has taken Instagram pictures of himself in the recording studio recently with artists such as Austin Mahone and Lil Wayne. He also made a surprise, on-stage appearance with Chance the Rapper this month at Coachella.
All in all, it appears as if Justin's focus is back where it should be: on his music.
