Turns out there's not a shred of truth to it--was it photoshopped then...or are we just seeing things?
A fan turned to Louis himself for the answer (good call: go directly to the source) and she shared the 1D star's answer: "Nooooo I don't ha." Now that we've got that one cleared up, why is she telling Louis she has cramps?
