Demi Lovato is firing back at the haters and online trolls who make the life of a celebrity a challenge.
She took to Twitter to write: "There's nothing more upsetting and hurtful than people having no regards to someone's private life and using the web to bring people down."
Demi added: "The things people do can affect/hurt others. Even if you don't think I see things.. I'm not a celebrity, I'm an artist & most importantly human."
Earlier in the night, she tweeted with some great words of advice guaranteed to make you smile, writing: "In case you were wondering... Bowling lanes ARE slippery but do NOT work like slip and slides.... Wish someone woulda told me that.."
Demi joked: "I GET KNOCKED DOWN BUT I GET UP AGAIN AND YOU'RE NEVER GONNA GET ME DOWN!!!!"
