Sliding down on an inflated version of her own tongue, Miley's stage entrance was pretty freaking cool
Her stage props were awesomely weird. From dancers dressed up as joints to Bill Clinton impersonators...the whole thing resembled a really bad drug trip. She even rode a giant hot dog across the arena.
