HollywoodLife.com reports that Wilmer bought a "classic, beautiful" ring at Tiffany & Co. before Thanksgiving, with an employee telling the site he was "really excited and happy."
The employee squealed, "Yes, Wilmer did buy a ring here," adding, "We all talked about it afterwards because he was so darn nice!"
While it didn't specifically sound like an engagement ring, the source did say, "He chose a really classic, beautiful ring."
She added, "Demi is going to be a happy girl when she gets it. He didn't say what it was for but he was really excited and happy--he seemed like any other guy getting ready to pop the question."
A source tells RadarOnline that it could be an engagement ring and is engraved with "With you and by you always."
