The 24-year-old musician was seen chatting with a friend before parting ways.
In a recent interview, Joe named former tour mate Demi Lovato as his fave Disney alum.
Demi responded to the compliment, “Joe, Nick, Kevin, and I have a great history together, and I’m so glad that I can call them friends.”
