Miley Cyrus' parents might have filed for divorce but it seems there is still some love between Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus as the pair were spotted cuddling outside a restaurant yesterday in Los Angeles.
The couple confirmed two weeks ago they were ending their marriage, with Tish, 53, citing "irreconcilable differences," as the reason why the couple are ending their 19 year marriage. Though they looked more like a couple in love as Tish cuddled up to the Achy Breaky Heart singer outside of Little Tony's in North Hollywood following a lunch with their youngest daughter Noah, Splash News reports.
Confirming their split earlier this month the Country Music star said in a statement: "This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family.
"We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
It's not the first time they have filed the documents - as two and a half years ago Billy filed for divorce from Tish, but they apparently reconciled and withdrew their plans. But this time, they seem more resolute. Tish said: "This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family.
"We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."
The couple have three children together, Noah, 13, Braison, 19, and We Can't Stop singer Miley. The singer is said to be coping with her parents split, but is leaning hard on her fiance Liam Hemsworth as she comes to terms with the sad news.
"She's taking it as well as she can,” a source told HollywoodLife.com. “No one wants their parents to end a marriage. Billy Ray and Tish are awesome people and even better parents. Miley's sad, of course, but that's between her parents. There's not much she can do.”
