Forget living while he’s young, Harry Styles is getting some parenting practise in on tour.
It’s not exactly the rock’n’roll antics most world famous superstars would be getting up to but who could turn down a man-date with James Corden, eh?
The One Direction front-man (he basically is, isn’t he?) was shopping with comedian James and his wife Julia Carey as the family took son Max on a trip to New York.
Harry didn’t bother going under the radar and instead decided to wear spanking neon running trainers and a beige suede hat more suited on a John Wayne waxwork.
The curly stallion kept his famous curls under the trimmed cowboy-cap while showing off his sunkissed tan as the band perform the Take Me Home tour in the warmer climates of the globe.
What appears to be a paparazzi is following close behind with a flipcam as he navigates through parked cars and children trying to hunt down a genuine Harry hand-scribble.
While the slow-talking charmer was spending time with his famous friends, bandmate Niall was lapping up the attention from fans in town – though not in a seedy club that bases it’s entire remit on dancing and laps.
The Irish singer found time in his relentless schedule to explore the city and was happy to show off his newfound chest hair in a low scooped T-shirt.
Lads of the group Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson didn't waste anytime when arriving in Maryland by getting inked up.
Louis went for the classic Spiderman and bomb tattoos while Zayn asked for a massive picture of his girlfriend Little Mix hottie Perrie Edwards on his bicep. As you do.
One Direction announced this week the title of their next single, Best Song Ever, which is the first teaser from their upcoming third studio album.
It's unclear yet whether or not it's a follow-up to Tenacious D classic hit Tribute, which is a dedication to the greatest song in the world.
Not a month goes by when One Direction aren't announcing something spectacular.
But despite the pressure of perfection, One Direction have insisted they haven’t scripted a single line in their upcoming 3D movie This Is Us.
The band have been filmed on tour, at home and reminiscent returns to old part-time jobs as director Morgan Spurlock captures their most intimate moments as a group.
Louis Tomlinson insisted that everything that will be shown in the movie is totally genuine and the footage is of them acting “naturally.”
He said: "No, nothing at all was scripted. You know if we are asked the question, we just answer naturally.
"Because I think that's the most important part, that we show people who we are. And you know, to do that we can't have anything scripted. So it's all a reality."
Speaking to Total Film, Zayn, the quietest member of the five-piece, insisted the Little Things singers have “total control” of the project.
"That's the cool thing about working with someone like Morgan. Because he is so hands-on and involved, you do kind of feel like you have full control of everything that is going on,” he said.
And the lead character (probably) Harry Styles revealed how the brain and belly behind popular docudrama Super Size Me really wanted to “get to know” the boys.
Harry, 19, confessed letting the cameras into their lives was “scary” but told us at the official press conference for their world stadium tour announcement of his excitement.
Harry said exclusively to Mirror Showbiz: "On twitter you only have 140 characters, you can't get personality across in ten minute interviews.
"It's going to be a lot more of how we interact and how we're chilled out in the dressing room and it will be nice to see us as we are.”
Niall Horan was more comfortably with the idea, telling us earlier this year: “It’s going to be access all areas. They’ve even been filming us in the toilet.
The Irish charmer added: "It's good in the movie because people can see what we're like behind the scenes.”
This is Us opens in the UK on August 29 and in the US a day later.
The boyband unveiled the unique artwork for their 3D film This Is Us created by enthusiastic fans who submitted their own selfies for the poster.
To fill the void until the 1D3D movie is all over your eyes and into your brain, we’ve rounded up the funniest, sexiest and most hilarious GIFs.
From weird dance moves to some bromantic behaviour (we’re looking at you, Harry and Zayn Malik) – watch the video below and enjoy some of the boyband's best moments.
The former X Factor stars will also be releasing their third studio album AND an official book in time for Christmas (see, they're not idiots).
They also made a huge announcement that they will be embarking on a massive stadium tour in 2014 and sold-out two dates at Wembley Stadium within minutes.
Not bad for a few kids who had dodgy hair and even worse chinos when they were unknown three years ago, eh?
