Miley Cyrus may be no stranger to negative comments, but it appears that Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez fans on Twitter are going above and beyond with the hate--even sending death threats.
Miley tweeted about the haters, putting a call out to her own fans to not behave the same way.
She wrote: "Everyday someone with a Swift or Gomez in there name wishes terrible things upon me (death is popular) Please Smilers don't ever"
Miley wants her fans to play nicely, tweeting: "think somehow you are supporting me by being hateful towards other artist. My fans make me proud by supporting my music & everything I do."
She added, "Im sure these haters would make their idols much happier tweeting bout their music rather than wishing death upon their peers like psychos"
Miley said some of the haters take it too far, writing: "Btw im not saying Smilers can't act cray cray too. #deaththreats #TOOOOFAR"
Bottom line: just because you're a die-hard Selenator, Swifty, Lovatic or Smiler doesn't mean you have to float the hate towards the celebs you're not as into.
Miley says it best with this tweet: "We are all friends. Why can't you all be?"
