Kevin Jonas has confessed he's pleased to be able to watch back arguments with his wife Danielle Deleasa on their reality TV series Married To Jonas.
The Jonas Brothers singer is in his second series of the show and told OK! there were benefits to being able to go back over events.
Talking about scenes where he argues with Danielle over her work plans, Kevin said: "It was a selfish moment for sure, but at the end of the day you see that back and you think, wow.
"Don't you wish you had that option in any relationship to be able to watch back your arguments so you can see who was right and who was wrong?"
Kevin agreed that it was like constant therapy and said: "You have to be open and that's why a lot of people have issues, I think. Because you sometimes let things go under, but when you're doing a show like this it's all out there. So when you say something you don't mean, those things are lasting.
"Therefore we have to work through that as a couple to be as strong as we can."
The Burnin' Up singer said he wasn't worried about his reality TV show affecting his marriage.
He said: "The reality show curse typically happens right after the second season, so luckily we're past it. We've beaten the curse."
