Taylor Swift To Premiere 'I Knew You Were Trouble.' Video On MTV!

Taylor Swift will celebrate her 23rd birthday with the premiere of her 23rd music video, "I Knew You Were Trouble.," exclusively on "MTV First: Taylor Swift."

Her latest clip will debut Thursday, December 13 at 4:40 p.m. ET on MTV, and is part of a weeklong celebration of Swift's birthday across all of MTV's screens. On Monday, MTV.com will debut an exclusive photo gallery from the video shoot, on Tuesday we'll unveil a video chronology of her previous 22 vids, and on Wednesday, Swift will sit down with MTV News' Sway Calloway for an in-depth interview that will air during our "Big and Best of 2012" event ... she'll also premiere the video's trailer during the show.

"I Knew You Were Trouble." is the third video taken from Swift's mega-selling Red album, and it features "Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark" star Reeve Carney as Taylor's troubled lover. The clip was directed by Anthony Mandler (Rihanna, Fun., Lana Del Rey), features more than 50 extras and was shot over two days in and around Los Angeles. And, as Swift explained to MTV, like the song itself, the "Trouble" video is definitely a departure.

"As soon as I started writing this song, I knew it was different from anything else on the record, so I knew I wanted the video to be different from anything we'd done ever done," Swift said. "I wanted to tell the story of a girl who falls into a world that's too fast for her, and suffers the consequences."

After premiering, the "Trouble" video will immediately go into rotation across all MTV channels, and fans will be able to video the video on demand at TaylorSwift.MTV.tv.

Don't miss the premiere of "I Knew You Were Trouble." during "MTV First: Taylor Swift," airing on MTV December 13 at 4:40 p.m. ET.
