One Direction were brilliant on The X Factor on Saturday night - despite the controversy about their appearance being pre-recorded.
The boys didn't even win the show in 2010 but, after being put together by Simon Cowell, they are now very polished global superstars - thanks to hard work and a lot of luck.
'I think to create success you need luck, talent and a good team behind you,' Louis Tomlinson, 20, tells Now's Dan Wootton.
'We're lucky that we've had luck.
'As good as Simon is, he didn't know how it was going to work when he put us together.
'There isn't one idiot in the band and we all get along really, really well.'
The Doncaster heartthrob is very happy with his life but, if he could change one thing about himself, what would it be?
'To get a better body,' he confides. 'I'm working on it.
'I'm training at the moment!'
