One Direction’s Harry Styles, 18, may be a bit young to be handing out financial advice to his friends, but he thinks keeping it all in the bank is the wrong way to go. Niall Horan, on the other hand, “isn't one to go around flashing his cash about. It's just not his style,” dished a source close to the band in a Belfast Telegraph article on Wednesday.
One Direction has been raking in millions since the boy band hit the scene two years ago. Even split five ways, it amounts to wealth unusual for guys still in their teens. Harry Styles has already bought himself a multi-million-dollar house in London, with investment art on the wall. He wants, the source goes on, for Niall to “buy some properties and invest his millions. Niall doesn't own a house or a car. He gets about on a push bike.”
Harry Styles is seen with women, all around London. Older women, usually. That takes money. But Niall “is mostly content playing his guitar and video games while having a laugh with the boys.” Harry would like to change all that, for his friend and band mate.
Apparently, Niall Horan would need some driving lessons before he invests in a car. Big decision. Big changes. Maybe he isn’t quite ready.
The guys had better look out. Different ways of handling money have broken up friendships before.
