Justin Bieber may have tried his hand at rapping in the past, but the teen superstar has insisted he's not about to take over from the likes of Jay-Z, Kanye West and Eminem.
The Boyfriend singer, who displayed his spitting abilities on Chris Brown's New Boy In Detention mixtape last year, has claimed he isn't about to launch a rap career anytime soon as he doesn't want to alienate his fans.
Justin explained to Showbiz Spy: "A lot of countries don’t get rap music. It is a lot bigger in the US and Canada but not everywhere."
While Biebs isn't about to become a fully-fledged rap star, he went on to add that while he will never use his skills on a record, he still enjoys rapping the odd lyric, stating: "I am a singer — that is my passion, Rapping is something that I like to do for fun.”
Earlier this week, the 18-year old revealed that his new album Believe will be released in the US on 19th June.
