Justin Bieber has confirmed that he has collaborated with Mariah Carey on a classic festive track for his new Christmas album.
Before making the announcement, JB teased his fans on Twitter, posting: "I mean we know we got my big bro @UsherRaymondIV and @thebandperry and @BusaBusss and @BoyzIIMen on the album..but who is the last guest???"
He continued: "Who is the living legend that I got on the album???? I mean the fact that I might be singing with one of the greatest voices ever one of the greatest songs of christmas ever...... #NOV1st"
After receiving a series of tweets from his followers desperate to know the answer, the Biebster then revealed: "hmmmm....u really wanna know huh....maybe it is time i tell you. Well like I said...#UnderTheMistletoe is not your normal christmas album. right @mariahcarey ."
Biebs then uploaded a video of Mariah talking about their hook-up, where the Hero hitmaker confirming the pair have re-recorded her legendary Xmas track, All I Want For Christmas Is You.
Speaking in the clip, the 41-year old diva confessed: "I am here today to tell you a little secret, Justin and I are doing a duet together. It is my song All I Want For Christmas Is You, which I wrote and produced and I'm very excited about it, really excited."
Carey went on to tease: "I think a lot of you are very surprised by this, and you're gonna be even more surprised when you hear it. The song sounds great and I'm very excited for everybody to hear it this Christmas and to be totally festive with our festive collabo."
Justin also announced that the first single to be taken from the Xmas record, entitled Mistletoe, will be released in two weeks.
The Baby hitmaker tweeted: "2 WEEKS from today my new single #MISTLETOE hits ITUNES!! Spread the word! We are going for our first ever #1 single on ITUNES!! #OCT18th (sic),"
Bieber's Under The Mistletoe will be released on 1st November.
