"The Insider"'s Chris Jacobs chatted with Usher during one of his rehearsals at The Forum in Inglewood, California and found out some of the singer's plans for his protégé Justin Bieber.
"I thought he'd be mega bigger," Usher kidded about the singing sensation. Usher went on to say that, even with all of Bieber's success, "He's got a lot to go. This is only the beginning...The art of what Justin is capable of is what I was really attracted to."
Usher filled Chris in on his plans for the Biebs going forward, saying, "As he begins to tell his story musically, and live his life, and have those experiences that he lives through and is able to talk about - that's the story that I'm looking to unfold."
Usher's OMG tour, which covers 25 cities in about six weeks, boasts a fantastical mix of singing, dancing, elaborate wardrobe and lighting. Usher said that his OMG show is designed to bring something resembling Las Vegas to his fans across the country, as opposed to vice versa.
"I think Vegas is more for the experience," said Usher. "You want to be a little more intimate, up close with your audience."
The OMG tour kicks off November 10 at the Key Arena in Seattle, Washington and you can share in the intimacy of the tour when the Grammy winner comes to a city near you.
