Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande And Jessie J On One Track? Hear It Now

Jessie J has managed to get two of the biggest ladies in music — reigning pop diva and Mariah Carey mini me Ariana Grande and hip-hop queen Nicki Minaj — on one track, a musical ménage à trois that is bound to be bleeding girl power.

Due to the sheer diva of it all, “Bang Bang” is already being compared to Pink’s 2001 cover of “Lady Marmalade” with Christina Aguilera, Lil Kim and Mya. And when the “Domino” singer shared a snippet on Wednesday (July 9), it became clear that at the very least, it will inherit the ferocity of the Grammy-winning “Marmalade.”



Only Jessie is heard in the short snippet, clip, singing, “She got a body like an hourglass/ I can give it to you all the time/ She got a booty like a Cadillac/ But I can send you into overdrive.”

We’ll have to wait until July 29, when the official audio drops, to hear this one in full.

According to Hiphollywood.com, there have been plenty of rumors that Iggy's songs are written by ghostwriters, including T.I., and the shade Nicki was throwing was meant specifically for her.

It was a great evening of music and entertainment at the 2014 BET Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (June 29) in Los Angeles.

The big winner of the night was Beyonce, who took home three awards – Best Female R&B/Pop Artist, the FANdemonium Award, and Best Collaboration for “Drunk in Love” with Jay Z.

Fans of Nicki Minaj have speculated that a recent tweet could be a thinly-veiled dig at Miley Cyrus.

Miley has been dominating headlines over the last few months, and this week appeared in the video to producer Mike WiLL Made-It's new single '23'. On the actual song, she is heard trying out rapping for the first time.

Nicki's tweet had said: "Oh u rap now too?", followed by an Emoji of an exasperated face and one of a clenched fist.

While some fans seemed unsure of who she was indirectly talking about, others seemed sure she was taking aim at Miley.

This week, body language expert Judi James spoke about Minaj in relation to an apparent need from a celebrity to grab more attention than their contemporaries. She was speaking following the 'Pound The Alarm' singer's nip slip incident in a daring jacket.

"We're supposed to go 'oh poor thing, my goodness, her nipple is falling out but hasnt she got great boobs'," she said. "Whereas really it was engineered, or even if it wasn't she's looked at it and gone 'I like the result of that, I'll put it out there myself."

Judi elaborated: "It's still part of this whole thing where celebrities want to be totally in control of what goes out about them, so they do it themselves. If they do it on a photo shoot it looks a bit too obvious, so if they do it accidentlaly on purpose then they accidentally become the daring star of that week. but they can then take it back and say, 'well I didn't know that was gonna go out there'. it's like the sex tapes, isn't it?"

George Zimmerman has been found not guilty for second degree murder and manslaughter for the shooting of Trayvon Martin.

The 29-year-old neighborhood watch coordinator for a gated community told the jury that he had shot the 17-year-old teenager in self defense and was acquitted of all charges.

The not guilty verdict, which was reached after a one month trial, has lead many celebrities voicing their opinions.
