Insiders have brushed off reports that Demi Lovato walked out on The X Factor USA's San Francisco auditions on Monday.
Following rumours that colleague Britney Spears did a similar thing in Austin a few weeks ago, Lovato is alleged to have taken a break near the end of the day's filming, failing to return at all.
A source told RadarOnline: "All the judges took a break together but when Britney, Simon and L.A. came back there was no sign of Demi.
"They just carried on taping without her."
However, an insider for the show denied that there were any problems, saying: "If someone needs a restroom break, of course the other judges just continue.
"There's a lot of auditions to get done every day and they don't finish until 10 or 11pm as it is. It's no big deal."
Demi has been recovering from a self-harm addiction and an eating disorder since entering rehab in 2010. She was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
In her recent MTV documentary Stay Strong she said the recovery process is never-ending, and is something she will continue to battle with.
Let's hope she is all well and good.
