The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences teamed up with fashion brand Chanel to bring Hollywood A-Listers together to celebrate emerging women filmmakers!
Amy Adams, Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Regina King were among the stars who attended the women’s luncheon at the Academy Museum on Tuesday (December 10) in Los Angeles.
“Today, we celebrated the power and unity of women in film as we came together from every discipline within our industry to honor emerging women filmmakers who are inspiring the future of cinema,” Academy president Janet Yang said during her speech. “A special thank you to our partner CHANEL for its generous support and shared commitment to amplifying the voices of talented women filmmakers worldwide. Together, we continue to break barriers and empower the next generation of women in our industry.”
Emilia Perez actress Selena Gomez delivered a keynote presentation and she sat in the audience alongside Ariana Grande. They both had lovely things to say about each other at the event!
