In a video shared on TikTok, Miley revisited a 2015 performance that the pair put on while wearing onesies. Their number was during one of the singer’s Backyard Sessions in honor of her charity Happy Hippie.

“This is as serious as it can be,” she said about the moment, adding that she was “flirting” with Ariana. Her response? “She was a little scared,” Miley joked. “We were having fun!”

She got more real while talking about the sort of relationship that they share: “Ariana’s a real friend. There’s never been a time where I’ve asked her to do something that was important to me that she didn’t come through, and same thing for me with her.”

What else has the duo done together? Miley took the stage with Ariana during the latter’s One Love Manchester tribute concert in 2017. They also linked up with Lana Del Rey to contribute the song “Don’t Call Me Angel” to the Charlie’s Angels soundtrack in 2019.

Miley paid Ariana a lofty compliment a few years ago, too.

The hitmaker has spilled so much tea while promoting “Used to Be Young.” Recently, she revealed why a fan-favorite single never got a music video, revisited a star-studded night out with Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato and revealed a jam-packed day in her life while shooting Hannah Montana as a teen.

She even opened up about what made her movie The Last Song, which starred ex-husband Liam Hemsworth, so special.
