The 26-year-old Rhode Skin founder proved just that by stunning in baby pink for the second time in less than a week during a date night with Justin Bieber on Saturday (June 17) in New York City.
The Hollywood couple stopped by 4 Charles Prime Rib for a bite to eat, and Hailey stole the show in a silky dress.

Justin kept his look more casual, opting for a pair of oversized jeans, which he wore with a hat and a black t-shirt.
