Nick Jonas seems to be making a habit of posing with his shirt off. Not that we're complaining or anything. In the new issue of Details magazine, Nick takes it off again, showing off his hot bod and answering some questions that we can barely focus on, quite honestly. Is it getting hot in here or is it just us?
In the mag, Nick dished on just how he got so ripped through diet and exercise. He explained, "I had about six weeks to put on 12 to 15 pounds of muscle before filming started on Kingdom. My character is a fighter whose strong suits are wrestling and grappling."
Nick gave the rundown on his food choices and extensive workouts, but added, "I do have guilty pleasures, though. I wasn't drinking at all while I was training for the show, but now that we're done, I keep it classy with Coors Light."
Someone may have to school Nick on what qualifies as "classy." We kid. Kind of.
And, it turns out Nick is just like the rest of us, saying, "I'm not the kind of person who wakes up in the morning and can't wait to work out. I kind of dread it, actually. I see it as a necessary evil."
We can so relate.
