Miley Cyrus has had some bad luck with dogs this year. First her beloved pup Floyd passed away, and now she's being slammed with a lawsuit because of her sister's furry friend.According to TMZ, Miley's getting sued because her older sister Brandi's dog attacked a neighbor at their apartment building. Court documents state that Yolande Ngom was bitten by Brandi's pup "Feather" in the building where they both live.
So why is the twerker involved? Well, Miley's company Smiley Miley, Inc. owns Brandi's apartment, and Yolande says one of Miley's employees was handling the dog when everything happened. She says the handler couldn't keep the dog under control, allowing the attack to go down.
The model also says the attack was unprovoked and that the bite ripped open her right thigh. It apparently left scars so bad she'll never be able to work as a model again. Now, she's suing Brandi and Miley's company for medical bills, lost wages and more.
