Liam Payne sounds like he could use a break. Not only is he missing girlfriend Sophia Smith while on tour, he also can't sleep. Poor guy. Grinding through a tour has definitely taken its toll.Last night he tweeted, "Tips for sleeping please," adding, "Lately I seem to suck at it." Sad face. Earlier in the week, he said he couldn't wait to be home "to see my favourite person in the world." Sophia? His mom?
