Harry Styles is reportedly looking for a "serious girlfriend." Well, that's according to a "source," anyway.
The motivation for finding a girlfriend he can settle down with is reportedly a need to distance himself his past relationships, including Taylor Swift.
A source told HollywoodLife.com that Harry "hates" the topic of him and Taylor dating, explaining: "Harry keeps hearing people talk about him and Taylor and he hates it. The guys from One Direction are making fun of him about it as well and it's making him feel uncomfortable, so he can't wait until he has a serious girlfriend. It won't be easy, but Harry feels it will get all the talk about him getting back together with Taylor or liking Taylor out of people's minds."
The insider added, "Harry is over that relationship and wants everyone to know it! In his eyes, being in a relationship with another girl will do the trick."
Wow, we've heard a lot of Harry dating rumors, but this one really seems to be a reach, doesn't it?
Since there are no other perspectives on Harry's horizon except for his recent pumpkin patch date with Erin Foster, HollywoodLife is running with it, as a source tells the site: "Nothing exclusive between the two but they definitely want to see each other again. They don't know what it is but are hoping for the best. But they could both meet someone tonight and forget about each other. It's so new that it really isn't anything good or bad."
