Forget the fact that Miley's naked...that's nothing we haven't already seen a ton of times before.
We're more interested in the ghost-like figure that appears on the right hand side of her in the photo.
This isn't the first time the "Wrecking Ball" singer has had a spooky photobomb occur. Back in March, she shared a shot of herself with a mysterious orb around her head.
Miley, we're bored of your boobs. But the things that go "Boo" and keep popping up in your pics are worth keeping an eye on, so we won't unfollow you just yet.
