The 20-year-old had certainly dressed to catch the eye in a camouflage T-shirt, skinny jeans and fetching fedora hat.
He rounded off his look with a hefty chunk of bling, with his silver necklace bouncing around as he showed off his impressive four-wheeled choreography.
Some would argue the Baby star must have put in a lot of practice to be such a smooth mover in rollerskates, though he would likely say he was just Born This Way.
Given his recent legal woes, it is somewhat appropriate Lady Gaga's fans are affectionately referred to as monsters.
For earlier this month Bieber pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor vandalism charge for throwing eggs at a neighbor's house in Los Angeles.
In that case, Bieber agreed to pay more than $80,000 in damages and meet a number of other conditions.
And his pending DUI case was delayed again after attorneys and Florida prosecutors said on Wednesday they need more time to work out a possible plea deal on charges that Bieber drove under the influence and resisted arrest.
Assistant State Attorney David Gilbert and Bieber's attorney Mark Shapiro asked for an additional three weeks and Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield complied with the requests and reset the matter for August 5.
