Justin Bieber is finally seeing better days. That attempted robbery investigation, that was opened last month in Los Angeles, has been dropped.
The Biebs was accused of attempted robbery last month after a women claimed he snatched her cell phone. The whole incident went down while she was allegedly trying to take a picture of him at a L.A. park. She said he took her phone to try and delete the pictures she took of him.
According to TMZ.com, prosecutors have rejected the case after the Los Angeles Police Department found no evidence to support the allegations. Police reportedly interviewed nine witnesses and "none of them saw the singer involved in any sort of altercation." He could reportedly still be charged with misdemeanor by the City Attorney.
