Liam Payne and Sophia Smith are definitely back together (heck, we're not sure they even broke up) and now, unfortunately, Liam's had to defend their relationship on Twitter.
Oh why can't all of the fandom be more respectful of the One Direction guys' dating choices?
When one fan tweeted: "Why did Liam give Sophia a shoutout. Nobody cares," Liam fired back: "I do ;)"
But here's the kicker comment that Liam just wasn't having, as a fan wrote: "Liam and Sophia's relationship is so weird bc he draws so much attention to it but there's no way he's as in to her as he was with Danielle."
Liam responded: "@lucieieieie and the person with the most far away from the truth comment goes too..."
Too bad Liam had to waste his time on the haters, but good for him defending his relationship.
