We know from history that One Direction's acting skills aren't exactly the best, but why should that stop them from doing more of it? They can do anything that they want, really, and we'll watch. No brainer.
We know things started a bit shaky when they guest starred on iCarly back in the day, but to be honest, they're just getting better at the whole thing. Take, for instance, their SNL acting skills opposite then-host Paul Rudd. And let's not forget all that fancy thespian stuff they did in the "Best Song Ever" music video.
Louis dished to Top of the Pops magazine (via Press Party): "Yeah, I think it's something we've become a little more comfortable with. We were pretty nervous at the start, but it's been really good fun."
Yeah, we wouldn't expect any of them to be the lead in a big budget movie, but why not have a little fun?
