Miley Cyrus' life just keeps getting more interesting. Forget Liam Hemsworth, the singer just had to get a restraining order against one of her fans.
According to the Associated Press, the twerking star was granted a temporary restraining order against 24-year-old Devon Meek on Friday. The fan allegedly believes she's communicating with him through her music and vows he won't stop trying to meet her until he's dead.
Earlier this month, Devon was arrested in Sierra Vista, Arizona when he was lurking outside a property he believed Miley owned. He is currently in a psychiatric hospital, and he supposedly told officers to shoot him in the head if he was unable to meet MIley.
According to a sworn statement from detective Rosibel Smith, the fan "will not stop seeking Ms. Cyrus" until she "accepts him or he dies." A hearing is scheduled for June 16 to determine whether to extend the order for three more years.
