We've all heard the One Direction breakup rumors flying, but it looks like someone with a little insider info thinks 1D will be dunzo in no time. For now, they're not going anywhere, but former 90s boyband member Kian Egan of Westlife thinks it's on the horizon.
According to Kian, he thinks the 1D guys don't have the bond that will go the distance. Yeah, we're having a good snort over that one too. We mean...
Anyway, he told The Sun (via Metro) recently, "I watch them and they don't seem to have this bond as tight as we had in Westlife--especially as they've only been together three or four years. One Direction would be fools to throw it away, absolute fools--and I get the feeling they will."
Don't believe the buzz--even though One Direction were on a break from touring and didn't hang out together, doesn't mean they're splitting up. It just means they needed time with family and friends before their schedule gets crazy busy again.
Kian's advice? "Respect each other and understand that it's a unit, it's not a bunch of individuals wanting to do what they want to do."
Um. Okay. But we think One Direction already have that figured out.
