She has recently posted several Twitter pictures showing her wearing sets of unsightly crooked false teeth.
And Miley Cyrus roped Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy into wearing a set of her favourite gnashers backstage after a Bangerz concert on Tuesday night.
'We're an orthodontist's dream team,' Gus, 22, tweeted after watching the Denver gig with a group of friends.
The Winter Olympian, who won a silver medal for Slopestyle at the Sochi Games, wore a set of crooked gnashers, while MIley sported a rotten looking front tooth.
Miley's North American and European tour takes in 60 dates and ends in Barcelona, Spain on June 13.
So far on her tour, Miley has kissed a female fan and Katy Perry, as well as smoked marijuana and imitated doing a sexual act on a dancer dressed as Bill Clinton.
But it emerged on Tuesday that Miley has been using teleprompters during her shows to help her remember the lyrics to her songs.
It seems the raunchy dance moves and antics may have proven to be a distraction for the singer on her 60-show Bangerz tour.
One guest was unimpressed with Miley’s use of the teleprompters.
‘I was at Miley’s Vegas concert and took these pictures because I couldn’t believe she needed a teleprompter with lyrics to all of her songs throughout the entire concert,’ they told RadarOnline.
‘And it’s not like they were just there for nothing - I caught her looking at them more than a few times!’
