Besides being loved by tons of fans and snagging a fat paycheck, it seems some of the One Direction guys are enjoying other benefits of fame.
For Zayn Malik and Liam Payne, they've also gotten a sudden boost to their self-confidence.
Being a worldwide phenomenon will do that for you.
Unfortunately, for most of us, we won't get that confidence booster, but we're happy for Zayn and Liam.
The guys recently dished with We Love Pop magazine (via ContactMusic), with Liam saying,''I think for me--and for you, Zayn--we weren't that confident and because you have to talk to so many people it gives you so many more people skills."
He added, "When I used to go to family parties as a kid I couldn't hold a conversation. Even with my own uncle. So it's nice that I've now got those skills.''
Zayn echoed Liam's thoughts, explaining, ''It's really built our confidence and our social skills. We do find it a bit easier to carry ourselves and speak to people--it's cool.''
Being talented and easy on the eyes, doesn't hurt either, we imagine.
