Taylor Swift spent Valentine's Day not with a new romantic squeeze, but with her one true love – music.
Posting on her Instagram account, Swift, 24, shared that she embraced the sweetest of holidays in the studio.
"It was a studio Valentine's Day with Max and Johan!" Swift captioned her black and white pic, which showed her, mouth open in surprise, flanked by her frequent collaborators Karl Johan Schuster, also known as "Shellback," and Max Martin.
Things still looked festive, even as it was a workday. Swift, sporting her fresh short haircut and wearing a pleated skirt that showed off her svelte frame, raised a glass of bubbly and clutched a cupcake as the musical trio posed in front of a table filled with heart-shaped cookies and plenty of pastries.
Swift, however, was not without a lovestruck global admirer. Olympic freestyle skiing slopestyle bronze medalist Nick Goepper posed Friday for his own photo, which was posted on the NBC Olympics twitter feed. It included a sweet question for the country star.
"Taylor Swift, will you be my Valentine?" Goepper wrote, circling his Sochi love note with a pink heart.
