Miley Cyrus looked as though she didn't have a care in the world when she was spotted leaving a night club in Hollywood last night, with the 'We Can't Stop' singer flashing her famous smile just hours after she was forced to deny that she had dissed Beyonce in a recent interview she had given.
The 21-year-old appeared to be in good spirits as she exited the Warwick nightclub in Hollywood yesterday evening, wearing a beaming smile as she made her way out of the building and into a waiting car accompanied by a friend and a team of burly security guards.
Uncharacteristically, Miley covered up against the chilly elements for the occasion, dressed casually in a pair of ripped jeans, boots, black top and coat which she jazzed up with a blinging Chanel broach.
It's not known what caused Miley's good mood but it may come as a huge surprise as the singer lashed out at false quotes which were wrongly attributed to her recent interview with LOVE magazine, claiming the controversial singer had dissed Beyonce.
Miley was wrongly quoted as saying: “Beyonce has been a big inspiration to me but she’s been out for such a long time. She’s so talented and I think she’s at the top of the game now but people are always looking for new blood and that’s what I bring to the game now, new blood.
“I got the total package you know, the curves, the rhythm, and the voice. I’m just the best. As Beyoncé grows in motherhood and all the crap it does to your body, it will create a vacuum for fresh young faces to rise up and no one else can properly fill that void right now. I’m the only white female singer that could fill that slot right now and do it right, you know?”
Blasting the quotes while also laughing them off, Miley said: “That quote people MADE UP about Beyonce just made me lol! Imagine if I said I got "the looks and the curves I'm just better!" Bahahahhaha.”
“How are people allowed to make up s**t & then out quotes around it saying I said that s**t! WTF!!?!” before later adding: “Don't worry. getting 2 the bottom of this s**t. making the liar retract the statement. U can cause ALOT of drama but NOT between me & B!”
Miley's certainly had a busy schedule over the last few days after performing during the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest where she caused a stir after planting a huge smacker on the American Idol presenter, but she made sure to get some down time yesterday, treating herself to a pedicure.
