More than a month after Paul Walker's sudden tragic death, we're finally getting some answers about the fatal car crash that killed the actor.
The Fast and Furious star, aged 40, was killed when the Porsche Carrera GT his friend Roger Rodas was driving crashed and burst into flames Nov. 30.
Speed was originally thought to be an issue in the accident, but now that's confirmed in a new coroner's report, which claims the car was traveling over 100 mph before it crashed.
The street had a 45 mph speed limit and a curve where the limit dropped to 15. Rodas was a former professional racecar driver. Mechanical failure isn't thought to be a factor in the fatal crash.
Yesterday, Paul's costar Vin Diesel paid tribute to the late actor on Facebook, sharing a photo of them laughing.
"There was always moments of child-like laughter...we had accomplished so much by 2013," Vin wrote.
Fast and Furious 7, which Paul had already shot some scenes for, will now be released April 10, 2015.
