Justin Bieber was spotted walking shirtless on a beach on Saturday afternoon (January 25) near a private resort in Punta Chame, Panama.
According to People, the 19-year-old entertainer was joined by a bikini clad blonde who is believed to be Chantel Jeffries, the model that was with him when he was arrested for a DUI on Thursday, January 23 in Miami Beach, Fla.
In case you missed it, Justin‘s blood alcohol level test results came in and were much lower than originally reported by the Miami Beach Police Department.
