Justin Bieber‘s blood alcohol level test results show that he may not have been intoxicated at the time of his arrest, which TMZ says would put the Miami Beach Police Department report in question.
The 19-year-old’s results came back with a blood alcohol level of .014, which is drastically lower than the initial 0.04 a Miami Beach law enforcement official reported to the outlet. The legal level of intoxication is 0.08.
For those of you that may not know, a blood alcohol test measures the amount of alcohol in your body. Alcohol is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream and can usually be measured within just a few minutes of consumption.
However, the police report also shows that Justin admitted to alcohol and drug use prior to his arrest.
