The 24-year-old musician joined girlfriend Blanda Eggenschwiler for a bite to eat with actor Jesse Metcalfe and his girlfriend Cara Santana for lunch at Little Dom’s.
“Let’s party? Let’s get weird? NYE!?” Joe wrote on Twitter with a link all about his end of the year bash at The Library in Hollywood.
