We aren't the only ones totally stoked about Justin Bieber's new music video!
According to TMZ, a rep for the Chinese Embassy told them that the Chinese are excited about the Biebs' "All That Matters" video because it could help promote tourism in their country. Swaggy!
The rep even said that, according to Chinese tradition, Justin's recent trip up the Chinese wall made him a man. But wait, wasn't he carried up the Great Wall by his bodyguards? Does that still make him "a man"? LOL!
It is pretty awesome that people are predicting that JB's leaked vid will help out China and their tourism. We're actually surprised the country wasn't upset about the whole project considering Justin has been acting up lately.
